Visiting the store
Do I need to be 21 to shop?
Yes. Everyone entering an Empire Farms location must be 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID. There are no exceptions, and we card everyone regardless of appearance.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID: a US driver's licence, a state ID card, a US passport or a passport card. We cannot accept photocopies, photos of an ID, or expired documents.
Do you take card?
Payment options vary by location and can change. Ask staff when you visit, and bring a backup method just in case.
Products
What does Cryo Cured mean?
It's our five-step cold process: fresh frozen flower, cryogenic extraction, winterization, curing at −80°C and a final filtration. Running cold throughout is what preserves the terpenes that give each batch its aroma and character.
Is a higher percentage always better?
No. Potency is one input among several, and it says nothing about aroma or how an effect actually feels. We optimise for terpene preservation, which is why our numbers are sometimes lower than a product that tastes like far less.
Can I see lab results?
Yes. Ask for the certificate of analysis for the batch number on your package and staff will pull it up. If a batch number and a COA don't match, don't buy the product — from us or from anyone.
Do you deliver or ship?
Availability of delivery and shipping depends on current regulations and changes over time. Contact the store directly for what's possible right now.
Compliance
Are these products legal in Texas?
We sell only products that comply with applicable Texas and federal law at the time of sale, and the regulatory picture for hemp-derived products in Texas continues to change. What is on our shelves is what is currently permitted. If you have questions about your own situation, speak to a qualified attorney.
Have these products been evaluated by the FDA?
No. These statements and products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Can I drive after using a product?
No. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Effects vary by person and can be delayed, particularly with anything ingested.
Who should not use these products?
Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 21, or taking prescription medication without first consulting a physician. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.
